PAYMENT POLICY:<\/b>
A NON_REFUNDABLE prepayment of 30% of the total rental amount
is required to secure the booking.
Reservations are considered confirmed after receiving the non-refundable prepayment of 30%.
The outstanding balance must be received 6 weeks before the check-in day.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION POLICY:<\/b>
\u03a4he guest to pay a sum as a percentage of the agreed price equal to:
50% of the balance for cancellations communicated in writing by e-mail between the 41st day and the 36th day before the start of the occupation;
80% of the balance for cancellations communicated in writing via e-mail from the 35th day to the 30th day before the start of the occupation;
100% balance for cancellations communicated in writing via e-mail from the 29th day before the start of the occupation.<\/p>\n

Should it be necessary to cancel or amend a reservation, if the trip is cancelled due to illness or injury,
including if testing positive for COVID-19 and provide official documentation from governmental authorities
of their country that there are travel restrictions, then option as follow:
Full Refund: in case of regional or national lock down due to covid-19 in the country of origin or,
in Greece at the check-in day \/ during the dates of the booking Or,
Modification of dates in case of proven travel restrictions are accepted only subject to villa’s availability,
