Our Oil Grove

The land of Corfu generously offers us its products and , with our passion and under the guidance of distinguished agronomists, we produce extra virgin organic olive oil of the local variety "Lianolia Corfu"! This local variety is traditionally cultivated for centuries on the island of Corfu and on a smaller scale in the rest of the  Ionian islands.

We utilized the family estates, 11.5 acres of semi-mountainous area, applying organic farming rules to the old olive trees of the local variety, with a single goal: to bring to your plates an organic virgin olive oil of unique quality and unrivaled taste and, we have succeeded as, now, extra virgin organic olive oil "ARITI" has a prominent place on your table!

The constant care and use of organic fertilizers for the development of the olive grove, has led us into cooperation with the certified organization DIO. Under the strict guidance of agronomists, no chemicals are used in any phase of our production!

Everything is implemented with respect to the environment and by limiting  the use of the natural resources to the minimum. Our obsession with quality and the principles of organic farming, was rewarded as we have been certified as organic growers, with DIO still controlling the olive grove, in order to maintain certification in accordance with existing legislation. The oil we produce, in addition to its excellent physicochemical characteristics, has a rate of fruitiness 5 (one of the highest ratings for Greek olive oil) and with no defects.

According to the fine established practices of olive growing, the olive fruit is always harvested "plucked", ie directly from the tree and, is driven for milling within 24 hours in a certified organic olive oil mill, where it is ground by the process of cold pressing.
